Product thinking
I start with the job to be done, then shape the product with the people who have to build and use it.

I tend to collect ideas faster than I can build them. Some become useful, some become experiments, and some live happily in a Figma file forever. I’m a bit of a product design, illustration and design systems nerd.
Currently, I’m a Manager, UX & Design Systems at Genpact. Before that, I’ve worked across Mphasis, JustAnswer, BYJU’S and PAYBACK, mostly getting my hands into products, design systems, research and the occasional tricky problem.
When I’m not working, I’m usually reading, playing with new ideas, experimenting with AI, or building something that may or may not ever see the light of day. I also enjoy getting lost in a good book or a Figma file for longer than I probably should.

Libraries, guidelines, and reusable pieces so a team can stay consistent without slowing down.
Enterprise workflows are dense. The useful part is making them understandable without hiding what people need.
Wireframes, prototypes, and quick tests, so an idea can be seen before anyone commits to building it.
I use models to try more options, then keep only the ones worth taking further.
Comfortable enough with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to sit with engineering and keep the work buildable.
